January, 2007 Altered level of consciousness.
October, 2006 Acute MI and more basic EKG review.
July, 2006 EKG Overview including 12 lead interpretation.
November, 2005 Discussion regarding hyperventilation from stress and non-stress related situations, such as severe asthma.
September, 2005 Issues managing the scene of a car crash involving a hybrid vehicle.
July, 2005 Difficulty breathing patient with extensive facial, neck and chest edema.  Discussion includes differential diagnosis for this presentation.  A challenging case.
April, 2005 Patient with a rapid heart rate.  Discussion includes pre-hospital IV access for arrhythmias and the District Venous Access Protocol.
March, 2005 Patient thrown from snowmobile.  High priority patient with discussion on ETOH vs. signs/symptoms secondary to significant injuries.  Review of GCS.
March Supplement Carbon Monoxide poisoning.
February, 2005 Woman with burns.  Emphasis on signs of potential high priority burns and communications with the ED.
December, 2004 Middle aged man with severe burns.  Emphasis on early notification of ED when caring for and evaluating critically injured patients.
November, 2004 Male patient with nausea, vomiting, and mild chest pain.  Differential diagnosis dehydration vs. myocardial infarction.
July, 2004 Elderly patient with altered mental status and is hypotensive, focus on IV protocol.

Cardiac arrest patient with a shockable and non-shockable rhythm.  AED protocol is reviewed.
April, 2004 Cardiac compromise with mild chest pain.  Explanation of why some Acute Coronary Syndrome patients may not exhibit "classic" chest pain.
March, 2004 Snow machine trauma.  Multi-trauma with ETOH complication and review of Trauma Alert.
January, 2004 Medical respiratory distress with profound hypotension.  Review of need for fluid replacement with hypotension.
