Policy On Drug And Alcohol

No personnel operating under authorization within this district shall respond to request for medical assistance or treat patients while under the influence of alcohol or substances which might reasonably be known or expected to impair judgment.

Personnel operating within this district shall be free of impairment of medications, drugs or alcohol as they perform their roles, responsibilities and obligations. In no event should there be an odor of alcohol upon the breath of persons functioning within this district.
