First Responder and EMT Course Training Survey (Fall, 2000)

The following survey is designed to help towards the planning of future EMS First Responder and EMT-B training courses. 

 

1.  Have you attended an EMT-Basic course (please circle one)?  Yes        No

 

If you answered Yes to question #1, please skip to question #4.

 

2.      If you answered No to question #1, why not?  (please circle one)?

 

  1. I don’t want to be an EMT-Basic.
  2. The class does not fit my schedule.
  3. The class is too long.

3.      If you could attend multiple modules spread over 2 – 3 years to become an EMT-Basic, which of the following schedules would you find most preferable, please rank them (1 = most preferable, 2 = second most preferable, and so on):
